3/08/2008—Our fire sprinkler project is complete! For your safety, we have installed a full wet sprinkler system on all three levels as well as an automatic fire alarm system that will immediately call the West Des Moines fire dept if ever needed. Rest comfortably knowing we have state of the art protection!

To contact us:

The main level contains two bedrooms (6 beds), the kitchen, a bathroom with tub/hand shower and three work rooms.

The Sunroom on the main level.  Currently contains 6 five foot tables and individual chairs.  There is extra track lighting in this room.

The full kitchen on the main level.  It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, a large crock pot, blender, pizza stone, oversized toaster, and a 48 cup coffee maker (which has directions for smaller brews too).

The second and third workrooms on the main level are adjoining.  You can easily set up 12 tables within these two rooms.

The full kitchen on the main level.  With plenty of counter space for a buffet style setup, some groups have even used the kitchen for table set up and used the sunroom as an eating room.

This is just one room of the three available for workspace.  You are free to move tables, chair and lamps as needed.  18 five foot tables and 30 chairs available.

We have additional floor and table lighting for you to place anywhere it is needed.  There is also a white (erasable) marker board available for technique classes and meetings.

Opening to the connected workroom.  There is also a 12x12 HP printer and secure wireless Internet access in this room (signal from Engler Embroidery has been upgraded with a booster - June ‘09).  The weekend WEP key will be provided upon check in.

Here is what the new sprinkler and fire alarm systems look like.  In case of a fire emergency, please follow the lit exit signs to safety.  Don’t worry about calling the fire department—  that will be done automatically!

Check the “More Photos!” page to see the NEW LIGHTING in these two workrooms!
